Are you studying NVQ or A-Level Law, Criminology or Psychology? You can join our academic network and have an article published in one of our journals.

Advancing Law Journals seek articles from A-Level students, College students and University students regarding any topic of law (such as family law, environmental law, criminal law, civil law, human rights or property law).
Current A-Level and college students may submit an article between 500-1000 words in length (references/quotations are not included in the word count). Each article that we received is published in one of our journals throughout the year, from the date that we received your submitted article. We ask that each student only submits one article for an ALP journal each year.
New for 2023, our membership is also open to students studying for T-Levels. T-Levels are new two-year courses equivalent to three A levels. Following GCSEs, students have the option to study one of the following pathways:
T-Levels
Apprenticeship
A-Levels
Our journals are issued quarterly as follows:
1st January
1st April
1st July
1st October
Our editorial board consists of undergraduate students, post-graduate students and law practitioners who read your article, ensuring the content is suitable and does not contain any spelling or grammatical errors. We have a set template for all of our journal articles. You will be emailed a copy of the template for you to write your article, alternatively we can save your article within the template when you submit it to us.
Our journals include a contents page where the title of each article and author are published. The journals are only accessible to ALP members when they are published. As a member you will receive each of our quarterly journals, and we will inform you when your article is going to be published 4-6 weeks prior to that quarterly publication. For example, if you submit an article in April 2023, then if your article is ready to be published in our October 2023 quarterly journal, we will email you 4-6 weeks before 1st October 2023.
To become a member, you will require a membership form that can be requested from the homepage on our website, or by contacting us using the form on the 'Contact Us' webpage or send us an email to advancingmembers@gmail.com
Parents and relatives regularly contact us to arrange membership for their son/ daughter/ relative who is currently studying at college or for A-Levels in law, psychology or criminology. We are happy to arrange this and we can accept your email address on behalf of your son/ daughter/ relative to send the membership form to.
